It features stunning exterior designs with stone work, an extended back patio, plus 10 ft. ceilings throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen, sleek quartz countertops throughout the house, and so much more!

Southern Pointe is a growing development on the southern edge of College Station. It's close proximity to Tower Pointe, access to HWY6 and easy access to Texas A&M make this community a desirable growing community.
The Southern Pointe Community has a lot to offer its residents including a 'bark' park for dogs, walking paths surrounding two neighborhood lakes, catch and release fishing. Coming in 2024 is a community pool, splash pad, pickle ball and basketball courts, as well as more playground equipment!

It's amazing to think that the 2021 Bryan St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway was able to raise an incredible $700,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Linda Stewart from Iola, Texas was the lucky recipient of the beautiful St. Jude Dream Home. With her one and only $100 ticket purchase, this new home especially held a special meaning for Linda and her family. Stewart’s family says her giving personality matches St. Jude’s mission.
“She’s always been there for everyone and she just really deserves this house,” said Mckenzie Pruett, Stewart’s 10-year-old granddaughter.
